These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and gl55 ("gl55", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at gl55.app and its associated mobile and web applications. By accessing, registering on, or using the gl55 platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety.

gl55 operates under a license issued by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR), the government body responsible for regulating authorised gaming operations in the Republic of the Philippines. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Philippines and is subject to PAGCOR's regulatory framework.

To register and use the gl55 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times during your use of the platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age, as required by Philippine law for participation in casino-style gaming activities regulated by PAGCOR.
• You are a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law.
• You are physically located in the Republic of the Philippines at the time of gameplay, or are otherwise accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is legally permitted.
• You are not a current employee, officer, director, agent, or immediate family member of any person employed by gl55, its affiliates, or its game providers.
• You are not registered on any PAGCOR or gl55 self-exclusion list or any national gambling self-exclusion register.
• You are not acting on behalf of any third party, corporation, or other legal entity when using your player account.

Each individual player may register and maintain only one (1) account on the gl55 platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension without notice.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid Philippine mobile number, and a unique email address. You undertake to promptly update any such information if it changes after registration.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification: Prior to processing your first withdrawal, gl55 will require you to submit valid government-issued identification documents (e.g., Philippine passport, UMID, SSS ID, driver's licence, PhilHealth ID) and, where applicable, proof of address and source of funds documentation, in compliance with PAGCOR's anti-money laundering (AML) requirements.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials, including your username, password, and OTP codes. You must notify gl55 customer support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account. gl55 will not be liable for any losses resulting from your failure to safeguard your login information.

All financial transactions on the gl55 platform are conducted exclusively in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). gl55 does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies. Approved payment channels include GCash, Maya, GrabPay, QR Ph, InstaPay, PesoNet, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ, subject to availability at the time of transaction.

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit amount: ₱100
• Maximum deposit limits vary by payment channel and account tier — refer to the Cashier section in your account dashboard for current limits.
• Deposits are generally credited to your gl55 account within seconds for GCash and Maya and within one (1) business day for bank transfers.
• gl55 does not charge fees on standard deposits. Third-party payment processors may apply their own service charges.

Withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ₱200
• Withdrawals can only be processed to a payment method registered in your name and previously used for a deposit, or verified via KYC.
• gl55 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing withdrawal requests, particularly for large amounts or accounts that have not completed full KYC verification.
• Withdrawal processing targets: GCash and Maya — average 3 minutes; bank transfers — 1 to 3 business days.
• gl55 is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors, network outages, or banking system maintenance.

gl55 offers a variety of bonuses, free credits, and promotional campaigns to registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that are communicated alongside each individual promotion. The following general rules apply to all gl55 bonuses unless otherwise stated:

• Bonus credits are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash directly until applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied.
• Each promotion is limited to one (1) claim per player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• gl55 reserves the right to modify, suspend, cancel, or substitute any promotion at any time. Where feasible, affected players will be notified with reasonable advance notice.
• Players who are found to be abusing bonus structures — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, exploiting bonus terms, or employing low-risk wagering strategies to clear bonuses — will have their bonus eligibility revoked and may face account suspension.
• Bonuses claimed by players who do not satisfy the eligibility requirements of a promotion will be considered void and removed from the account balance without compensation.
• Winnings generated from bonus credits are subject to the maximum cashout limits specified in each promotion's individual terms.

All games available on the gl55 platform — including JILI slots, Pragmatic Play slots, PG Soft titles, Evolution Gaming live casino tables, sports betting markets, bingo rooms, and Tongits Go — operate under the individual rules and pay-table specifications published by their respective certified game providers.

All slot and RNG-based games on gl55 utilise a certified and audited Random Number Generator (RNG) that ensures each game outcome is statistically independent and unpredictable. gl55 does not and cannot manipulate the outcome of any certified RNG game.

In the event of a malfunction, software error, or interrupted connection during a game round, the round in question may be declared void and any stakes placed will be returned to the player's account. gl55 is not liable for losses resulting from a player's own internet connection issues or device failures.

For live casino games operated by Evolution Gaming and similar providers, the rules of each table — including bet limits, side bet availability, and payout ratios — are displayed on the table interface before and during play. The decisions of live dealers are final subject to the review mechanisms established by the respective game provider.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the gl55 platform and constitute material breaches of this Agreement:

• Multiple accounts: Registering, operating, or benefiting from more than one gl55 account.
• Fraudulent activity: Any attempt to defraud gl55, other players, or third-party payment providers through chargebacks, false dispute claims, or manipulation of transaction records.
• Use of automated tools: Employing bots, scripts, automated clicking tools, or any software designed to interact with the gl55 platform without genuine human input.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including poker variants, Tongits Go, and live table games.
• Chip dumping: Deliberately losing chips or credits to another account for the purpose of transferring value between accounts.
• Money laundering: Using the gl55 platform as a mechanism to process, layer, or integrate proceeds of unlawful activity — a criminal offence under the AMLA of the Philippines.
• Minors: Allowing or facilitating access to the gl55 platform by any individual under 21 years of age.
• Hacking or interference: Any attempt to access, alter, disrupt, or reverse-engineer any component of the gl55 platform, its software, or its databases.

gl55 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close accounts engaged in prohibited conduct without prior notice, withhold relevant funds pending investigation, and refer matters to PAGCOR, AMLC, or law enforcement authorities where legally required.

gl55 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and maintaining a safe gaming environment for all players. Gaming should be an enjoyable form of entertainment — not a source of financial distress or personal harm.

In compliance with PAGCOR's responsible gaming requirements, gl55 provides all registered players with the following tools, accessible from the account dashboard at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your account.
• Loss Limits: Define the maximum amount you are willing to lose within a specified period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a defined period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or temporarily exclude yourself from the gl55 platform for a minimum period of six (6) months. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

All content on the gl55 platform — including but not limited to the gl55 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, software, text, promotional materials, and underlying technology — is the exclusive intellectual property of gl55 or its licensors, and is protected by applicable Philippine and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the gl55 platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with this Agreement. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content on the gl55 platform without the prior written consent of gl55.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, gl55 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the gl55 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, profits, or gaming credits resulting from technical malfunctions, server downtime, or interruptions beyond gl55's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from your failure to follow account security best practices.
• Inaccuracies in information provided by third-party game providers or data feeds.
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment service providers.
• Any losses attributable to force majeure events including natural disasters, pandemics, government orders, or telecommunications outages.

Where gl55's liability cannot be excluded by law, it is limited to the total value of deposits made by the player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The collection, processing, and storage of your personal data by gl55 is governed by the gl55 Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering on gl55, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

gl55 processes personal data in compliance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) of the Philippines and the regulations of the National Privacy Commission (NPC). Your data is used for account management, transaction processing, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, responsible gaming monitoring, and where applicable, marketing communications to which you have consented.

Termination by the Player: You may request the closure of your gl55 account at any time by contacting customer support. Prior to account closure, any pending withdrawals of verified funds will be processed subject to standard KYC and AML checks. Bonus credits that have not met their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

Termination by gl55: gl55 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of this Agreement, suspected fraud or prohibited conduct, failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe, or instructions from PAGCOR or a competent legal authority.

Upon termination for cause, gl55 may withhold account balances pending investigation. Where no breach is confirmed, verified balances will be returned to the player via the registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

gl55 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material — that is, where they substantially affect player rights or obligations — gl55 will provide at least fourteen (14) days' advance notice by publishing the updated terms on the gl55 platform and, where practicable, notifying registered players via their registered email address or in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the gl55 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must cease using the platform and request account closure before the amendment takes effect.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising from or relating to this Agreement, or its breach, termination, or validity, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Players are encouraged to first attempt resolution through gl55's customer support and escalation process before pursuing formal legal proceedings.

Disputes relating to gl55's compliance with PAGCOR regulations may be escalated to PAGCOR through its official complaint and adjudication channels in accordance with PAGCOR's published procedures.
